the color combo of the interior on the S60 is awesome. We got another blue Evora with black interior. Only thing is customers which on Memorial day equal ZERO

2014 Evora and Evora S are night and day compared to 2013's and below. As for Elise and Exige....welp....they are the best cars I've ever driven and the drivetrains are pretty solid.....but.......aww man do you really want to know?
Brian Silvestro asked me the same about Aston Martin. My dealer also sells Aston and I told him how they really are. Yeah I felt pretty bad since he really likes them. Hell, on Friday, we had a 2014 V12 Vantage brand new off the truck with a misfire on cylinder 3... it's sort of a common thing with new cars. When they misfire, we call them "Eco Editions" lol :] Same thing with Land Rover and Jaguar across the street from my dealer. Some times they end up send up to half the cars back.
As for Lotus.... I've been working on cars for about 13 years. From a hole in the wall gas station service center near Victoria TX, to restoration shop, to multi master tech and specialist at a couple high end dealerships. Lotus....they have many many many issues. Not necessarily engines and transmissions, but everything else. Lotus designs awesome chassis and racecars. When it comes to road cars, it's all the other things that were just bad. Things like steering columns, column locks, immobilizer systems, door locks, window regulators, weather seals, interior trim, all sorts of switches and modules, wiper motors, and many various little bits. A good couple of recalls out for Elise and Exige. Also, a lot of the parts are being discontinued for not too old cars. Lotus deiced to make so many special editions that those specific parts cannot be ordered.
If in the market, be ready for these sorts of things no matter the condition or mileage. Still, give it a very good look over at all the little things. Like Aston, LR, and Jag, Lotus are not handbuilt by expert and precise British engineers like Top Gear makes you believe, they are handbuilt by blokes. Even on that blue one in the pictures above. I found 3 speaker covers not pressed on all the way, the trim around the hatches were loose. The dang washer reservoir is held in place by a tie strap. And various over spray and off or loose bits all around. At $92k, it is kind of lame. But again, I've driven many many cars, nothing comes close to the dynamics of a Elise, Exige, or an Evora S.
